Read a Recent Guest Review from 5/10/09: “What I liked best about the unit I rented was that it has been beautifully updated on the inside. The kitchen is well outfitted and has lovely slate countertops. The flooring was a combination of tile, wood laminate and carpeting in very good condition. The living room was comfy and the bedrooms were beautifully decorated with luxurious bedding. Also, it was great to have outdoor equipment (boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs, etc.) available for use. Plus, the pool and hottub, while on the small side, were very well maintained and sparsly used by others, so we usually had them to ourselves. The location in Kihei was very convenient - right across the street from the beach with an ocean view from the living room. While the exterior of the building is a bit out of date, the unit itself is in excellent shape and I'd highly recommend it.”

Recently updated and remodeled with quality furnishings, wood laminiate and tile floors, gerber carpeting in living room and bedrooms, and recessed lighting, throughout - even a remote controlled ceiling fan in the master bedroom!
Nice appliances include a washer & dryer inside condo, a radiant-top stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, deluxe side-by-side refrigerator with filtered ice-water & filtered-ice dispenser. Tiled kitchen fully equipped with all cookware and utensils. Well air conditioned.
Floor-to-ceiling tinted windows front this very special B&B condo and keep the temps cool inside. Fine solid wood furnishings. TV has DVD and VHS player built-in. Cable TV & high-speed wireless (works in most Maui areas) internet access INCLUDED! CD sound system, too.
Egyptian cotton sateen sheets and therapeutic memory-foam mattress in master bedroom. Triple-Osmosis drinking water both tepid and refrigerated. Shower water filtered, as well, which means a very clean, luxurious shower experience. Nice, uncrowded fully-blue-tiled pool and hot tub with hot jacuzzi.
